An old report but this is what put in train the awful inquiry into the Brothers of Charity Galway. The report came out as the HSE 'McCoy Report'. It was never a statutory inquiry though I believe it should have been. In my view McCoy did a lousy job! yes, told the story but never called to account.
We have here one of the worst sex offenders in Ireland yet because the victims were all learning disabled they were not 'honoured' with a proper inquiry.
I'm still fighting for one

this is disgraceful. Archbishop Martin has done more than any Bishop to combat sexual abuse. though he still has 'problems' in my view, he does not deserve this snub.
