mmmnnn ell then why do most countries call it a crime? Are they all wrong. I happen to think it's BOTH. I think paedophilia is an entrenched disorder but I also think most sex offenders KNOW it's wrong and chose to NOT seek help and abuse children and hide what they are doing. Why else do they scare the shite out of children? They are devious, manipulative dangerous people who destroy lives. They need to be kept well away from children.
